Register on Altercap.com and verify your identity first. After your personal data is verified, you will be able to upgrade your account to a Corporate one. Only a legal or authorized representative of the company is eligible to apply for a Corporate Account.

To upgrade your account to Corporate, you will be required to provide:

  1. A copy of your Company’s incorporation documents. Please note that depending on the jurisdiction (country of incorporation), we may require you to certify/legalize these documents:
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Memorandum or Articles of Association
    • Extract from business register showing current directors and shareholders
    • (optional) Document showing a list of current directors
    • Document showing a list of current shareholders. In case your company is owned by another company, we may require additional documents
    • If your company is more than 1 years old, a Certificate of Good standing or any other document confirming that the company is LIVE
    • Optional documents are not required if the required information can be found in the Extract from business register.
  2. A Proof of Business Operating Address document that contains the legal name and the physical address of the company. Valid documents include a business bank statement, credit card statement, lease agreement or utility bill that has been issued within the last 3 months
